The full menu — four core packages, a la carte add-ons, geographic pricing, and how to build a custom scope. Built from the fee ranges already quoted across the live pipeline.
Every engagement starts with one of these four. Packages 1–3 are fixed-scope assessments at increasing depth; Package 4 is an ongoing relationship where we hand-hold to a target. Prices shown are the Singapore / developed-market band — see the geographic table below for regional pricing.
Lead with Rapid Diagnostic — it’s the natural first yes. Use Snapshot only to rescue a price-sensitive prospect ("let’s start with one module"). Position Full 360 as the obvious step for anyone with a physical presence or multiple competitors. Partner is the upsell after any one-off deliverable lands: "I’ve shown you the gaps — want me to stay until the number moves?" The retainer is where the real lifetime value sits.
These attach to any package. They’re also how you turn a "we already have an agency" objection into a yes — you do the parts no one else measures. Several map directly to gaps you’ve already found in the field.
| Add-on | What it covers | Why it sells | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Physical store / venue assessment ADD-ON | In-person walk of the showroom, branch, hotel or dealership scored on the same framework — arrival, wayfinding, staff handoff, the online-to-offline seam. | No digital agency does this. For luxury, hospitality, auto and jewellery it’s the moment of truth. | S$6–18K |
| Google Maps & reviews audit ADD-ON | Profile completeness, photo quality, the 5.0-with-hidden-complaints gap, review-response rate, sentiment themes, local-pack visibility. | Cheap to run, high perceived value — most brands have never audited their Maps presence. Easy first add-on. | S$3–8K |
| Online-to-offline friction map ADD-ON | Every seam where a customer crosses between channels — book-online-collect-in-store, email-to-showroom, app-to-branch. | The handoffs leak the most revenue and are invisible in a pure-digital audit. | S$5–12K |
| Multi-language / localisation audit GEO | Whether the site truly serves each target market — language quality, local payment methods, currency/landed-cost clarity, local trust signals, RTL support. | Directly the NSC/Mastercard gap: a "global" brand that only really works for one market. Huge in SEA, Gulf, EU. | S$8–20K |
| Per-market expansion pack GEO | Re-run the journey from a specific geography (VPN/in-market) — what a buyer in Jakarta, Dubai or London actually sees and can pay with. | Sells in bundles: "benchmark me in my top 3 markets." Multiplies one assessment into three. | +S$6–12K / market |
| Concise FAQ & self-service rewrite ADD-ON | Audit the help/FAQ for length, findability and contact-deflection, then deliver a rewritten, prioritised, scannable version — most-asked at the top. | Tangible deliverable, not just a score. Easy to say yes to; visible result. | S$4–10K |
| App store presence audit ADD-ON | Rating trend, review sentiment, ASO, update cadence, store-listing conversion. | Already a hook in your pipeline (Scandic, Finnair). Formalise it as a priced add-on. | S$4–9K |
| Re-assessment / score re-test RECURRING | Re-run after they implement fixes; show the score move. Proof of ROI. | Recurring revenue and the natural bridge into a Partner retainer. | 40% of original fee |
The framework is identical everywhere; the price follows local buying power and budget norms. These bands are derived from quotes already in your pipeline — they’re field-calibrated, not theoretical. Quote in the client’s currency.
| Market tier | Examples (from pipeline) | Snapshot | Rapid Diagnostic | Full 360 | Partner / mo |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 — Developed | Singapore, UK, Germany, Nordics, Australia | S$8–15K | S$30–55K | S$60–120K | S$8–20K |
| Tier 2 — Mid | Indonesia, Malaysia, Gulf, Eastern EU | $5–10K | $15–28K | $30–55K | $5–12K |
| Tier 3 — Emerging / home | Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal | $2–5K | $5–14K | $15–30K | $3–7K |
Never quote a number on the first call — scope first, price second. Always quote a band, never a single figure, until scope is locked. Anchor high (mention Full 360 first) so Rapid Diagnostic feels like the sensible middle. For Tier 3 home-market deals, the goal is often a reference logo and a case study, not margin — price to win the proof, then use it to sell Tier 1.
Custom = a core package + chosen add-ons + market count. Build it transparently in front of the client so the price feels earned, not plucked.
Base package (depth)
+ add-ons (physical, Maps, O2O, FAQ, app)
+ markets (× per-market pack)
+ cadence (one-off, or retainer for hand-hold)
= custom scope, quoted as a band.
Full 360 (S$80K) + physical store assessment (S$12K) + Maps & reviews (S$6K) + localisation for 2 markets (S$16K) = S$110–120K, or structured as a 6-month Partner retainer at S$15K/mo with the baseline built in.
You spotted this in the field: long FAQs that no one reads bury the answers that prevent support tickets and lost sales. Productise the fix.
| What we deliver | Detail |
|---|---|
| Length & findability audit | Score the current FAQ on scannability, search, and how fast the top 10 real questions can be answered. |
| "Top of page" reorder | Identify the highest-frequency, highest-anxiety questions (shipping, returns, authenticity, international payment, delivery time) and move them to the top. |
| Concise rewrite | Deliver a short, scannable FAQ — question-led, plain-language, one screen per theme — replacing the wall of text. |
| Contact-deflection logic | Map which questions should pre-empt a support email or a "contact us" detour, recovering self-serve conversions. |
It’s a concrete artifact the client keeps and ships — not a score. That makes it easy to say yes to as a S$4–10K add-on, and it’s a low-effort, high-visibility win that builds trust for the bigger retainer. Bundle it free into a Full 360 to close a hesitant deal; sell it standalone to warm up a cold one.
